利用規約 / Terms of Service

第1条（適用）/ Article 1 (Application)

1. 本規約は、当サイトが提供する会員制サービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。
   These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions for using our membership services.
2. 会員登録した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
   By registering as a member, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.

第2条（会員登録）/ Article 2 (Membership Registration)

1. 会員登録には以下の情報を提供いただきます：
   The following information is required for membership registration:
   • ユーザー名 / Username
   • メールアドレス / Email address
   • パスワード / Password
2. 以下の場合、会員登録をお断り、または取り消すことがあります：
   Registration may be refused or canceled in the following cases:
   • 既に登録済みのメールアドレスを使用した場合
     If an email address that has already been registered is used
   • 過去に規約違反で退会処分となった場合
     If the user has previously been terminated for violation of terms
   • その他、当サイトが不適切と判断した場合
     If otherwise deemed inappropriate by our site
3. 会員登録に使用されたメールアドレス宛に、新作アート情報やキャンペーン情報等を含むメールマガジンを配信する場合があります。メールマガジンの配信停止を希望される場合は、各メールに記載の方法に従い、いつでも配信を停止できます。
   We may send newsletters, including information about new digital art and campaigns, to the email address used for membership registration. If you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do so at any time by following the instructions provided in each email.

第3条（会員プランと料金）/ Article 3 (Membership Plans and Fees)

1. 会員プランは以下の4種類を提供します：
   We offer the following four membership plans:
   • Free Plan（無料）/ Free Plan (Free)
   • Standard Plan（月額$5）/ Standard Plan ($5/month)
   • Premium Plan（月額$15）/ Premium Plan ($15/month)
   • Patron Plan（月額$50）/ Patron Plan ($50/month)
2. 料金の支払いはPayPalによる定期決済とします。
   Payment shall be made through PayPal subscription.
3. 会員プランの変更は、現在の契約を解約後、新たなプランに登録する必要があります。
   To change membership plans, you must cancel your current subscription and register for a new plan.

第4条（禁止事項）/ Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

1. 提供されるコンテンツの無断転載、複製、再配布
   Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of provided content
2. 会員アカウントの譲渡、貸与、共有
   Transfer, lending, or sharing of membership accounts
3. 当サイトの運営を妨害する行為
   Actions that interfere with the operation of our site
4. その他、法令や公序良俗に反する行為
   Other actions that violate laws or public order and morals

第5条（コンテンツの利用）/ Article 5 (Use of Content)

1. 提供されるコンテンツの著作権は当サイトに帰属します。
   The copyright of provided content belongs to our site.
2. コンテンツは会員の個人的な利用に限定されます。
   Content is limited to personal use by members.
3. 会員は各プランで定められた範囲内でコンテンツを利用できます。
   Members can use content within the scope defined by their respective plans.

第6条（退会・解約）/ Article 6 (Cancellation and Termination)

1. 会員はいつでもサービスを解約することができます。
   Members may cancel the service at any time.
2. 解約手続きはPayPalでの支払い停止により行います。具体的な手順は「解約手順案内」ページをご確認ください。
   Cancellation is processed by stopping payment through PayPal. Please refer to the “Cancellation Guide” page for detailed procedures.
3. 解約後も契約期間終了までは、契約していた会員プランのサービスを利用できます。
   After cancellation, you can continue to use the services of your subscribed membership plan until the end of the contract period.
4. 契約期間終了後は自動的に無料会員となります。
   After the contract period ends, your membership will automatically convert to a free membership.
5. 解約時点で未払いの利用料金がある場合は、支払い義務を負います。
   You are responsible for any unpaid fees at the time of cancellation.

第7条（サービスの中断・変更）/ Article 7 (Service Interruption and Changes)

1. 以下の場合、サービスの提供を一時中断することがあります：
   Service may be temporarily suspended in the following cases:
   • システムメンテナンス時
     During system maintenance
   • 技術的問題が発生した場合
     When technical problems occur
   • その他、運営上必要と判断した場合
     When deemed necessary for operational reasons
2. サービス内容や料金は、事前告知のうえ変更することがあります。
   Service content and fees may be changed with prior notice.

第8条（免責事項）/ Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. コンテンツの完全性、正確性、有用性を保証するものではありません。
   We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the content.
2. 会員の責任でバックアップを行うものとし、データ消失による損害は補償しません。
   Members are responsible for their own backups, and we do not compensate for damages due to data loss.
3. PayPal決済に関するトラブルについては、当事者間で解決するものとします。
   Issues related to PayPal payments shall be resolved between the parties involved.

第9条（個人情報の取扱い）/ Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

1. 個人情報の取扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。
   The handling of personal information shall be governed by the separately stipulated Privacy Policy.
2. 会員情報は、サービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ使用します。
   Member information will only be used to the extent necessary for providing services.

第10条（規約の変更）/ Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

1. 本規約は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。
   These terms may be changed as needed.
2. 変更後の規約は、当サイトでの告知をもって効力を生じるものとします。
   Changes to the terms shall take effect upon notification on our site.

第11条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）/ Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. 本規約の解釈は日本法に準拠します。
   These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan.
2. 紛争が生じた場合は、名古屋地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
   In the event of a dispute, the Nagoya District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
